As a tribute to the 2024 Olympic Games, Méert creates a special box of its vanilla gaufre and invite its dear clients to celebrate together the return of the Games here in France 100 years after the 1924 Paris Games.

1849 : The birth of la Gaufre Méert
The belgian Michael Paulus Gislenus Méert takes over the business after five years spent in tthe Colonies on cocoa, sugar canes, vanilla and coffee plantations. Also benefiting from a career with the greatest confectionners in Europe, he developed the already numerous pastry treats and created the fabulous gaufre filled with Madagascar vanilla, definitively leaving his name to la Maison.
